How to Change PHP Version in cPanel?
The default cPanel version is PHP 5.6 for the entire account, but it is possible to select a different PHP version for each individual domain.
Available php versions: PHP 5.6, PHP 7.3, PHP 7.4, PHP 8.0, PHP 8.1
Before starting the changes, make sure that the interface / theme in cPanel is jupiter:
To change the PHP version follow the instructions below:
- Login in to your cPanel account
- Find and click the Multiple PHP Manager button
- Check the domain for which you want to change the PHP version
- Choose the PHP version and press the confirmation button (Example in the picture below)
- In a few minutes the settings should take effect
